Inclusivness Target Countries (ITC)  Conference Grants (CG) can support Early Career Investigators (ECI) and PhD students who wish to attend an international conference on the topic of the Action to present results related or obtained in the frame of the network.

ITC-CG applications must be submitted online using e-cost tool. Applications are managed by the ITC-CG Manager, Prof. Agnes VIBÓK ( directly through e-cost. The procedure to apply is described in the document ITC-CG-PROCEDURE, and is summarized below:


The applicants must :

  • Be engaged in an official research programme as a PhD student or postdoctoral fellow, with a primary affiliation in an institution located in an ITC participating in the Action(1).
  • Prove the acceptance of an oral/poster contribution for an international event on a subject related with Attosecond Science, appear in the official programme, and acknowledge COST,


Applications should be submitted at least 30 days before the conference start date.

For the second AttoChem Grant Period, ending on October 31st, 2021, deadline to apply is september 30, 2021.

IMPORTANT: CG beneficiaries will be asked to provide a scientific report and a summary for outreach purposes after completion of the research mission. Failure to submit these reports within 30 days may effectively cancel the grant.


A list of approved CG (including links to scientific reports/summaries, when available) will be included here. All approved Conference Grants have received support from the Horizon 2020 Framework Programme of the European Union, through COST Action CA18222 funds.
