Winter School on Attosecond Technologies

Registration for the AttoChem/SMART-X Winter School on Attosecond Technologies is now open.

The purpose of this school is to introduce novel attosecond technologies for the study of electron dynamics in molecules and solids, with an emphasis on cutting-edge ultrafast laser sources, novel attosecond pulse generation schemes, attosecond spectroscopy, and advanced detection setups for attosecond experiments. The course is directed to advanced master students, Ph.D. students, and young post-doctoral researchers in attosecond physics, experimental molecular and chemical physics, ultrafast spectroscopy for material science, ultrafast x-ray spectroscopy, and ultrafast laser science, with an interest in novel technological tools to trigger and control attosecond electron dynamics in molecular systems.

This 4-day online winter school is composed of 16 lectures, 4 round tables with speakers, 3 virtual lab activities, and a virtual poster session with a poster prize. Registration for this meeting is free.
